Berner Ltd has acquired Voda Nordic Ltd, a company specializing in water treatment chemicals. The acquisition enhances Berner’s position as a strong partner in the industrial, municipal and cleantech sectors, in line with its growth strategy.
Following the transaction on June 27, 2025, Berner Group’s offerings in the cleantech sector, particularly for water treatment, paper and mining industries, will expand. Voda Nordic supplies iron- and aluminum-based precipitation chemicals, organic coagulants, polymers and pH adjustment chemicals for drinking water and wastewater treatment plants.

Founded in 2013, Voda Nordic Ltd reported a turnover of MEUR 7.6 in 2024. The company operates a liquid ferric chloride production facility in Raahe and a liquid ferric sulfate production facility in Kokkola. Solid water chemicals are delivered to customers from logistics terminals located in ports.
