Vivian Trinh joined the Food team at Berner Industries on 1st of September as Food Export Sales Specialist. In her role, Vivian is responsible for developing potato starch exports, with a particular focus on the Asian markets as well as other regions globally.
Vivian brings 15 years of experience in the food industry, including over seven years specializing in the sales of food additives and ingredients. At DPO International she managed food ingredients for the dairy, confectionery and bakery sectors, and at Rudolf Lietz she was responsible for sales of potato starch and modified starches. Through these roles she has developed a deep understanding of the Asian customer segments.
In her role, Vivian reports to Senior Sales Manager Anna-Mari Rojas.
